Wild Fox Wines Organic
It all began 70 years ago in the village known as Agrelopo, on the historic island of Chios, Greece, where they farmed in tune with the cycles of the sun and the moon, coaxing the seasons, to achieve the ultimate nutrition in their produce from the soil, the sun and the rain.

The essence of pure strawberries is captured in the delicate bubbles of this tantalizing sparkling wine. Made from 100% Sunny Ridge strawberries grown on the fertile hinterland of the Mornington Peninsula, the unique aroma and berry filled palette make this wine the perfect accompaniment for celebrations of any flavour.
Why put strawberries in your champagne... when you can have champagne made from strawberries?
Only strawberries with high levels of sugar and acidity are used. After the normal winemaking process, the wine is naturally sweetened, stabilized and put through the sparkling process. The result is a wine that is refreshing and sweet to taste with a clean acid finish.
STRAUBELLINI
Strawbellini recently placed in the top 5 sparkling wines at the San Francisco International Wine Competition alongside international brands including Veuve Clicquot, Piper and Nicolas Feuillatteto, taking home a double gold medal after a unanimous vote by judges for the gold medal award, elevating it to double gold status!

It's the only wine of its kind sold in Australia.
A refreshingly charismatic sparkling, Strawbellini is a zestful elaboration on the classic champagne cocktail. The perfect hedonistic companion to both late night trysts and early morning assignations– especially when served alongside smoked salmon and scrambled eggs.
FRAGOLA CIELO
Fragola Cielo Strawberry Liqueur
An intoxicating elixir with an enchanting sweet sticky finish. Chilled as an aperitif or as a dessert wine, this liqueur can make a cocktail blush with intense red berry. Such a dangerously delightful embellishment in champagne cocktails! A wickedly mischievous topping for adult desserts!

Silver medal 2010 Australian Fruit Wine Show – Hobart, Tas
The must is partially fermented and the wine is racked and fortified with spirit. Sweetness is adjusted after the liqueur base is clarified and stabilised. The result is a smooth and intense natural strawberry elixir.

Mt Toolleen
Heathcote Shiraz
The 2005 shiraz has intense spicy, blackberry aromas. The generous fruit weight produces a large mid palate full of berry fruits and smokey, dusty oak flavours. Long aging in barrels imparts soft velvety tannins. The 2005 vintage was cool and dry allowing for maximum concentration of aroma and flavour. Perfect conditions to produce an exceptional shiraz.
Rich and full of flavour this wine exhibits all the region’s characteristics, with a degree of pepper on the back palate. Elegance is evident and defines the wine.

PIRATHON by KALLESKE
PIRATHON by Kalleske 2009 SHIRAZ
The grapes were harvested from the low-yielding vineyards of traditional family growers in the north-western Barossa districts of Greenock, Moppa, Belvedere, Stonewell, Seppeltsfield, Koonunga and Ebenezer. Each vineyard adds its own exclusive dimension to Pirathon Shiraz and combined they produce the ultimate blend. 2009 was a brilliant vintage with ideal ripening conditions, great quality and moderate yields. The growing season started cooler than average and was followed by a short heat period before perfect Autumnal weather (mid to high 20s) prevailed for the entire vintage.
The wine was entirely vintaged at the Kalleske winery at Greenock by Tony & Troy Kalleske. Following harvest, each individual lot of grapes was crushed into a separate open top fermenter. During fermentation, hand pump-overs gently extracted colour and flavour from the grapes. The fermented grapes were pressed with a traditional press. The wines were then filled to new and seasoned American, French, Russian and Hungarian oak hogsheads for maturation for eighteen months before each lot of wine was racked from the barrel and carefully blended. The wine was bottled without fining or filtration, ensuring the true expression of the vineyards in the bottle.
Pirathon Shiraz 2009 is bright purple-black in colour. The aroma displays lifted bright fruits of juicy redcurrant and blueberry together with florals, musk and a hint of cocoa. The palate is full bodied with flavours of dark red fruit, plum and a hint of pepper spice. It is generous, mouth-filling and beautifully balanced with vibrant fruit, subtle oak, stylish integrated tannin and a faultless structure. A generous length and clean persistent finish completes this wine. This is a refined and harmonious Shiraz displaying pure varietal intensity. Pirathon is a paramount expression of north-western Barossa Shiraz that will reward time in the cellar.

TORBRECK
WOODCUTTER'S SHIRAZ
The name Woodcutter's stems from when David Powell spent several years working in the Scottish Highlands as a lumberjack or woodcutter in the Torbreck forest. Like all Torbreck wines it's sourced from hand harvested and hand tended, low yielding vines. It is then open fermented and gently basket pressed, and aged one fine lees for 12 months in large format seasoned barrels and foudres.
Although this wine is constantly praised for being succulent and rich - perhaps the best feature of this wine is it's complexity and texture which are rarely found at this price.

BUNDALEER
Bundaleer 2008 Shiraz
92 points Australian Wine Showcase Magazine, 2010
JAMES HALLIDAY 2011 AUSTRALIAN WINE COMPANION
Deep, dense crimson-purple; blackberry, licorice, prune and plum coalesce on the bouquet and medium to full bodied palate; soft tannins and minimal oak impact
92 points ( Highly Recommended) Drink: now to 2018
The fruit for this single vineyard Shiraz was harvested on 24th February – the earliest our fruit has ever been ripe. After selling our fruit in 2007 we were keen to produce a top drop again. Crop levels were average and the warm days combined with cooler nights allowed the fruit to ripen perfectly with great flavours.
The vines produced a vibrant coloured, rich Shiraz with delicious berry fruit flavours dominant. We matured the resultant wine in a mix of American and French oak for approximately 18 months. The 2008 Shiraz has a spicy, peppery nose with subtle oak and fresh juicy flavours of dark cherry, plums and mulberry. The palate is medium bodied and the integration of fruit, soft tannins & oak shows through to the last mouthful.
Bottled under screw cap, the wine is delicious now, especially after decanting, or will also benefit from cellaring for up to six years.
